In 1985, our founders began processing dried apricots in a modest workshop in Malatya, driven by the conviction that the region's exceptional fruit deserved a place on tables worldwide. Through disciplined reinvestment in technology and people, the business evolved — first to a mechanised line, then to a purpose-built factory in the Malatya 2nd Organised Industrial Zone. By the early 2000s we were exporting to over twenty countries; today we serve more than thirty-five markets on five continents while maintaining the hands-on quality ethos that defined our earliest days.

Our Processing Plant

Our Processing Plant

Situated in Malatya's 2nd Organised Industrial Zone, our 12,000 sqm facility houses dedicated lines for washing, sulphuring, drying, optical sorting, metal detection, and packaging. Climate-controlled storage holds over 3,000 MT of finished goods. The plant runs two shifts during peak season to meet an annual throughput of 10,000 metric tons while maintaining the meticulous hygiene standards required by our BRCGS AA+ certification.
